Processing time

Everything we sell is printed to order, so there are two clocks: the time it takes us to make your item, and the time the carrier takes to deliver it.

Standard items: 2 business days to print, inspect, and pack.
Custom colors, custom sizes, and personalized orders: 6 business days.
Multi-item and bundle orders: we ship complete, so the longest item in the order sets the timeline.

Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed. We do not print or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe above, we will email you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund at that point, no questions asked.

Shipping methods and delivery time

We ship within the United States via UPS. Typical transit is 2–5 business days after your item ships, but transit times are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the second shipping charge.

Delays outside our control

Carrier backlogs, weather, and customs holds are outside our control. We will help you chase a delayed package, but we cannot refund shipping charges for carrier delays.
